  • Prices are subject to change without notice, and the price at checkout is final.

  • Availability of products is not guaranteed. In rare cases of unavailability, customers will be notified and refunded promptly.

3. Orders & Payments

  • By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (name, address, contact, payment details) is accurate and complete.

  • We accept all major payment methods including UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (where available).

  • In case of fraudulent transactions or incorrect information, Aurvea Jewels reserves the right to cancel orders at its sole discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped within 1-2 working days.

  • Estimated delivery timeline is 2-5 business days across India, subject to courier partner operations and location.

  • Any delays due to unforeseen circumstances (strikes, weather conditions, courier delays, natural calamities) are beyond our control.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery subject to our Return Policy.

  • For all defective or incorrect product claims, a mandatory unboxing video (from sealed package to product reveal) is required.

  • Refunds are approved only for verified defective/incorrect products and will be initiated within 7-10 business days.

  • For all other cases, store credit or product exchange will be offered.

6. Warranty & Care

  • Our jewellery is crafted with premium 22K gold plating and anti-tarnish finish.

  • Warranty does not cover damages caused by perfumes, water, chemicals, or mishandling.

  • Care instructions provided must be followed to maintain product quality.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All trademarks, logos, product designs, and content displayed are the exclusive property of Aurvea Jewels.

  • Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use will invite legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Aurvea Jewels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.

  • Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

  • Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
