1. Are your jewellery pieces real gold?

No. Our jewellery is crafted with premium base metal and finished with 22K thick gold plating. This gives you the luxury look of real gold without the heavy price tag.

2. Will the jewellery tarnish or fade?

Our pieces come with an anti-tarnish coating and triple-layer plating. With proper care (avoiding perfumes, water & sweat), they will last a long time without losing shine.

3. Do you provide warranty?

Yes We offer a 6-month anti-tarnish guarantee against manufacturing defects. Natural wear and tear or mishandling is not covered.

4. What is the shipping time?

Orders are processed within 24 hours.
Delivery takes 2-5 working days across India.
Tracking details are shared via email/WhatsApp once shipped.

5. Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes. COD is available for most pin codes across India with a small additional handling fee.

6. Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused and in original packaging.
Unboxing video is mandatory for any defective or wrong product claims.

7. Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are given only in cases of defective or incorrect products, supported with an unboxing video.
For other cases, we provide store credit or exchange.

8. Do you ship internationally?
