Return & Exchange Policy – Aurvea Jewels

At Aurvea Jewels, we take pride in offering premium anti-tarnish, demi-fine jewellery with 22K gold plating. Every piece is crafted with care to give you a luxurious experience.
However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange:-

  • Products are eligible for exchange/return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is required.

  • Only products with manufacturing defects, wrong item received, or genuine quality issues are accepted for exchange.

  • Mandatory: A clear unboxing video (from opening the sealed package till product shown properly) is required to claim any defective/wrong product return. Without video proof, return/exchange will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Used, worn, or damaged jewellery due to mishandling.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Items purchased during sale/clearance offers.

Process for Return/Exchange

  1. Email us at aurveainfo@gmail.com or WhatsApp on +91-9971911168 within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Share order ID, product pictures, and unboxing video as proof.

  3. Once approved, you can courier the product back to us at the given return address.

  4. After inspection, your exchange product will be shipped within 5-7 working days.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only in cases of wrong/defective product delivery, backed with unboxing video.

  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days after product inspection.

  • For all other cases, store credit or exchange will be provided.

Important Notes

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer (except in case of defective/wrong product).

  • Aurvea Jewels reserves the right to reject returns if product doesn’t meet our guidelines.
